    Screened candidates land in your Slack channel with a tight summary and resume attached. Reply in-thread to move or pass.

  5. Interviews

    Momentum, managed

    We run scheduling and prep, keep momentum between rounds, and surface signal from both sides. Pipeline review every Monday.

  6. Offer & close

    Pre-closed before it's sent

    We pre-close before the offer goes out — comp verified, competing processes mapped, resignation planned. You extend it; we make it land.

  7. Guarantee

    90 days, no fine print

    Every placement carries a 90-day guarantee. If it doesn't work out, we replace the hire or prorate the refund. Simple.
